In the development of a transportation project, 'Scoping' is the project definition phase. It is an assessment of alternatives of a project to derive an acceptable cost-estimate, public support, to identify right-of-way, and establish reasonable assurance for permitting. CCMPO has undertaken scoping projects from time to time. The following is a collection of available Scoping documents and project descriptions, which may be viewed online if hyperlinked.
